Our Sustainability Story
Eclipse Furniture recognizes the urgent need for environmental responsibility. We actively pursue sustainability in all aspects of our business operations.
• State-of-the-Art Facilities: Our head office and warehouse in Quedgeley, Gloucester, has been designed with sustainability in mind. With energy-efficient lighting, water-saving systems and self-regulating air conditioning.
• Reducing our Carbon Footprint: We’ve invested in our own transport fleet, minimising the miles travelled during delivery. Our vehicles are fuel-efficient Euro 6 HGVs with AdBlue additive for low emissions, plus we use MaxOptra logistics software to plan the most efficient delivery routes.
We are committed to continually improving our environmental performance, so are in the process of moving our fleet of cars to Hybrid and Electric.
• Increasing our Sustainable Products: We always strive to use sustainable materials in our products and offer recycled and recyclable options where possible.
Plus, we can usually make product adjustments on site, reducing the need for transportation.
