We offer next day delivery for the following London postcodes if the order is placed by 10am the previous day: BR, CR, E, EC, EN, HA, IG, KT, N, NW, SE, SM, SW, TW, UB, W, WD, WC

Next Day Delivery Service

1pm order cut off

We offer next day delivery for the following postcodes if the order is placed by 1pm the previous day: AL, B, BS, CV, CW, DE, DY, GL, HD, HP, LE, LU, M, MK, NN, OL, OX, RG, S, SG, SK, SL, SN, ST, TF, WA, WR, WS, WV 

For all other postcodes: we currently only offer a Standard Delivery Service.

We provide kerbside delivery as standard. While we ensure the safe delivery of your order, the responsibility of moving, assembling (if necessary), positioning the items, and disposing of packaging lies with you. Standard Delivery

For Mainland GB, we offer delivery within 3-5 days. Deliveries are scheduled between 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday.

AM or PM Delivery

If you would like to narrow your delivery window to either AM or PM, we can offer this service for an extra charge.

AM: 8am-12pm  /  PM: 12pm-6pm

Ireland, Scottish Highlands & GB Offshore Delivery

For Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and GB Offshore we offer delivery within 5-7 days. These deliveries are sent on pallets via a courier. Please contact our Customer Success Team on 0345 073 8455 for a quote. For Ireland you will need to provide a valid EORI and TSS number along with your dedicated representative. Here’s some more information about EORI and TSS.

International Delivery

Please contact our Customer Success Team on 01452 336520 for an international delivery quote.

Installation Service

We are pleased to offer an installation service, in which we unbox and assemble furniture, place in the required location, and take away and dispose of all packaging, recycling where possible. This service is carried out by our highly skilled installation team who guarantee careful handling and efficiency throughout the process. 

 

We can offer installation within 5-7 days of ordering, Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm. Please contact our Customer Success Team on 01452 336520 for a quote.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you will be delighted with your new furniture, however, we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. If, unfortunately, goods arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Success Team within 7 days on 01452 336520 who will help to resolve the issue.

 

Should you wish to return anything, please ensure the following:

· You must notify the Customer Success Team within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item. Please email aftercare@eclipsefurniture.co.uk, quoting the original order number, product code, quantity, and reason for the return.

 

· Our returns policy does not apply to any table top that has been drilled outside of Eclipse Furniture or has been modified to suit your own base.

 

· Returns are unavailable once products have been assembled or installed.*

· Our returns policy does not apply to end of line or clearance products.

 

· Any returned goods must be as new and free of defects as when they were received; please ensure that the goods are packaged in the same way they were received, preferably in the original packaging. Credit will only be released following a full quality check of returned goods.

 

· Please be aware that return charges may apply, such as collection and re-stocking fees.
