At Eclipse Furniture, we understand the importance of a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Whether you've chosen our Standard or Next Day Delivery option, rest assured that your satisfaction is our top priority.

Standard Delivery: Your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. We take pride in our efficient delivery service, ensuring that your items reach you in a timely manner.

Next Day Delivery: We offer next day delivery for urgent needs. Place your orders before 3 pm to benefit from this service. Please note that specific postcodes and areas have distinct cut-off times.

Restricted Areas for Next Day Delivery: Next day delivery is not available for Scotland or offshore locations. Additionally, the following postcodes require a slightly earlier cut-off time of 12 pm: CA, NE, DH, SR, TS, DL, LA, LL, TR.

Delivery Time Window: Our deliveries are scheduled between 8 am and 6 pm from Monday to Friday. If this timeframe is not suitable, please contact our customer success team before placing your order to discuss alternative options. Please note that timed deliveries may incur additional charges.

Service: We provide a Kerbside delivery service as standard. While we ensure the safe delivery of your order to a specified address, the responsibility of transporting, assembling (if necessary), positioning the items, and disposing of packaging lies with you. 

Accessibility: For a smooth delivery experience, assume that the delivery address is fully accessible by a HGV without any access restrictions. Prior to placing your order, please check for any potential access issues. This way, we can ensure a seamless delivery process without any hiccups.

We prioritise service quality by entrusting your orders to experienced and professional delivery drivers, guaranteeing careful handling and efficiency throughout the process.

We currently only offer online order delivery within mainland UK. If you are located outside this area, please contact our customer service team to discuss your options.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your new furniture, however, should you have any queries and wish to return, please ensure the following:

Our returns policy does not apply to end of line, clearance products or any table top that has been drilled outside of Eclipse or has been modified to suit your own base.

If drilling is required for a sample order, please discuss with our Customer Success Team ahead of ordering.

You must notify Customer Success within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.

Any returned goods must be as new and free of defects as when they were received; please ensure that the goods are also packaged in the same manner in which they were received, in the original boxes where possible.

Please be aware that return charges may apply, such as collection and re-stocking fees.
