For standard delivery, we aim to deliver your order within 3 to 5 working days. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Express delivery is a 1 to 2 day service and is subject to product availability.

Please note: orders need to be placed with payment received by 3pm in order to be dispatched the next working day.


Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your new furniture, however, should you have any queries and wish to return, please ensure the following:

Our returns policy does not apply to end of line, clearance products or any table top that has been drilled outside of Eclipse or has been modified to suit your own base.

If drilling is required for a sample order, please discuss with our Customer Success Team ahead of ordering.

You must notify Customer Success within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.

Any returned goods must be as new and free of defects as when they were received; please ensure that the goods are also packaged in the same manner in which they were received, in the original boxes where possible.

Please be aware that return charges may apply, such as collection and re-stocking fees.
