Products are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Please note orders need to be placed and payment received by 3pm in order to be despatched the next working day.

For deliveries to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland please allow 7 to 10 working days for your order to reach its destination from the time of despatch.

We are currently unable to offer a next day delivery service to Ireland. Additional admin and handling fees may apply - please contact our Customer Success Team for more information.

  • Timed Deliveries (delivery at a specific time/between specific times or before 12pm): Please add £100.00 to the above rates.
  • Saturday/Sunday delivery: Please add £500.00 to the above rates.
  • Out of Hours (between 5pm-8am): Please add £500.00 to the above rates.
  • If ordering FLAT Equalizers there is a standard delivery charge of £12 per order regardless of the number of units. If Equalizers are ordered in conjunction with other products the delivery charge will be calculated on the overall order value and delivery location.


You must notify Customer Success within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.

Please note that our returns policy information only applies to in stock products and does not apply to made to order, bespoke, end of line or clearance products.

Any returned goods must be as new and free of defects as when they were received; please ensure that the goods are also packaged in the same manner in which they were received, in the original boxes where possible.

Please note on any sample order of table tops, we are unable to refund anything that has been drilled. If drilling is required for a sample order, please discuss with our Customer Success Team ahead of ordering.

On all other orders, we are unable to refund any table top that has been drilled outside of Eclipse or has been modified to suit a customer’s own base.

Please keep in mind that there will be a re-stocking and collection fee - please contact us for more information.
